Vendor Inspection & Surveillance

Quality surveillance at manufacturer and supplier facilities to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, ITPs and purchase-order requirements. When several vendors are manufacturing in parallel, quality issues can stay hidden until delivery. Regular, independent visits keep each order visible.

The scope typically includes kick-off and pre-inspection meetings, shop and witness inspections at hold and witness points, periodic surveillance visits, resident inspection, where required, verification against approved drawings and ITPs and follow-up of non-conformances. The exact scope is agreed for each project.

Work is performed to the codes and specifications agreed for each project, such as Purchase-order requirements, Approved ITPs and Applicable codes and standards.

Visit and surveillance reports, Hold-point release records, Non-conformance log and Status summary per purchase order.
